Not sure who or where the following was posted but it should get you started. There may be more recent C.o.p's that would also be suitable.
Here is a list of the COPs that will work on our Bike:

Honda CBR600RR Ignition Coils 03-11 Denso 129700-
4510 - 1.4 Ohm)
V-boost works normally
Longer 5-1/2" Coil, are a tight fit but will work)
129700-4800 1.6 Ohms
Suzuki GSXR 600 750 (06 & 07)
CBR929 (all years)
CBR954 (all years)
CBR F4/ F4i
CBR1000RR (04-08)
ZX6 98-02
Note: With the lower resistance coils (less than 1.5 Ohm) it may be necessary to add load resistors to get close to the stock 3 ohm resistance.
1.5 ohm (or whatever resistance is need to get you to 3.0 ohms total) 25 watt resistors like these should work well:
13600-13
(1st column, 4th row.. 1.5 ohm 25 watt wire-wound, 5 pack)
As long as they're ~1.5 ohm wire-wound and between 20W and 30W they should work.
Note: Gapping on the Stock NGK Spark Plugs when using these COPs should be .026, instead of the .032-.035 used with the stock Coils.
PS
Most guys that used the Mitsubishi coils have said that they fail more often than the Denso coils.
