What rpm should i see at 50mph 5th gear

Around 3300 or so. The stock tach isn't particularly accurate. Mine was around 5% fast.

Yeah, I'm about 31-3200.

BUT.. I got a slightly smaller front tire( affecting speedo slightly)
and a 170/80? rear (hmm..i'll hafta check that one adtually. Tho, I do know its a 170.) So that may also affect it...if its taller/shorter than stock.

I'm just wonderin does your bike have stock size tires..?

How in the world can you see 3150 on your tachometer? The damn thing is so small its hard to tell 3000 or 4000, LOL.

^ It's Obviously only an estimation, it's somewhere in the 3100-3200 range.

I have a OD 5th gear and @ 3000rpm I'm doing around 60-62 mph, so I usually drop it to 4th or even 3rd depending on the circumstances.
