What to do ?

It seems i cant get a Bridgestone for the front here in NZ , the rear is fine . So do i go with something else on there . I know mixing tyres isnt the thing to do but if i have no choice what do i go with ...........

Have also emailed some outfit in the states that sells them as there is a problem with getting stock tyres for the Max here . :ummm:

Matt, try "cycle treads" online in Auckland they have great prices. Failing that you can try Ebay and import one.

Steve , am awaiting email from them . From what i have been told there is no Bridgestone supplier in NZ anymore but im not sure i believe that .

I dont know if your wanting to stay with bridgestone? But, the metzler lasertec is an all-around good tire that goes with either bias or radial and they are fairly cheap. Good luck. Roy

though many people say not to mix brands we have not had any problems doing so. We've even mixed radials and bias which I would say not to do but we have done it.

Problem solved , just ordered a G525 thru www.motorcycletire.com it worked out $1.22 cheaper than i was originally quoted here in the NZ and $100 cheaper than any other .
