Whats with local parts prices!

I was wondering if this is typical across the country. Why does my local Yamaha dealer want $150 for one carb diaphragm when I can get it for $80 online?

I like to support my local business's but jeez.

You could get them for about $65 a piece at Mondak Motorsports.

I just bought four of them from university motors for $72.00 each with the vmoa discount.

My stealership wanted $118.00 each, saved $184.00...
