There's a lot of comedians that I really have loved throughout my life. The list is long. And while I will always have a place in my heart for the greats like George Carlin, Richard Pyor, Robin Williams, etc.

I think for me the comedian that I like the most is Bill Burr. He's been around a while and for a long time he flew underneath my radar. If you've never heard of him here are a few clips of some of my personal favorite bits he's done. Who are you favorites?

Groucho Marx

Ernie Kovacs (his TV special where he did an hour, and never spoke is a true classic of comedy. Anyone who grew up in the 1950's/'60's will recall he was sponsored by Dutch Masters cigars. Even their ads were entertaining.)

Robin Williams

Jonathan Winters (It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World, which had a whole slew of great bits by famous actors, including the Three Stooges)

There are many others but those are my top candidates.

Well, I guess I have to mention the Second City/Saturday Night Live original crew, all of 'em.

"Caddyshack" was filmed a couple of miles from where I work, the property is now owned by Nova Southeastern University, in Davie FL.

"Back to School" was another great movie with Rodney in it.

I was on a flight w/him years ago, I said, "hello," and left him alone.

Louis Black is another favorite of mine. He reminds me Sam Kinison at times and his comedy is fairly intelligent.
