    clutch repair

Hi all, Once again I'am having trouble with my clutch (1998). The last time I drove it, it started creeping foreward before I let the clutch out. I fixed the problem last time by changing the fluid and bleeding. That lasted about six weeks. I have no leaks, so I guess its the master cylinder. Do...

First Gear "Creep" With Clutch Disengaged

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I bleed the system with fresh fluid and the problem went away. When I saw your post I was going to tell you this, but I see your way ahead of me. Mike

    clutch slave cylinder

I wasn't losing any fluid. So maybe I should look at the master cylinder. That might be something I can handle myself. Iam going to see how long I have a good clutch and go from there. Thanks

    clutch slave cylinder

Thanks Kyle. I bleed the system and it seems to work fine for now. If it happens again soon I guess I'll have to take it in and get the slave cylinder rebuilt. mike

    clutch slave cylinder

Hi all. Can someone please show me a picture of the clutch slave cylinder and its location with the bleeder valve. I can't find it in any of the threads. I just lost pressure in the handle. Everything looks good and the reseviour is full. Thanks Mike:confused2:

    I've really screwed up!!!!!!!!!

Get a spare, put some thick plastic over the metal end, remove one of the lenses on your signals, install the key in there, reattach the lense, make sure you have a screwdriver in your spare tools. Now you have a key in a hard to find location. Sean[/QUOTE Awesome idea Sean. Thanks
