I want the rear bodywork in the second pic, but i think it was custom or it would be on my Max. If anyone can fabricate it?:biglaugh:

Fitted a new rear brake light switch (two weeks after having to fit a front one), fitted an oil pressure guage. Went for a good ride friday, loving the way it goes and handles after all the upgrades over the continuing winter

Fitted ebay special mirrors yesterday, went out for a ride and really happy with the new tires (Bridgestone BT-023 GT ) . Took the mirrors back off today.. Hunted in the garage and found a pair of Oberon bar end mirrors and new grips, fitted these which are much better. Came across R1 front...

CBR light fitted. Plus pics of the headlight cowling.

I used the kawi o-ring and a bracket on mine (someone makes them on http://vmaxchat.com/ ). The video below shows the bracket at about eight and a half minutes in, it's a strong bracket so hopefully should do the job. http://youtu.be/_66veAGxVm8

Also try disconnecting the tip valve on the fuel tank breather hose.

Standard light is LED and clear. They're cheap over here as every one seems to upgrade.

Stock CBR light is a standard stop and tail. I got one from ebay for ?10 delivered (UK)

I like the look of the UFO Starfighter seat. I'd get a cheap one if i was going to have a go myself, as it's something i could easily mess up. there are a few things i want to do first.

A seat is definately high up on the list, just cash flow and shipping costs are holding me off at the moment..

Had the vmax a year now, glad i stumbled across it in my search to get back on a bike. Lower pics are how i bought it. Sun was shining today, so managed to take it for a run to test the 4-2-1 exhaust i've recently fitted.
