    1992 V-Max

No offers yet. I'm in the process of finding someone to buy the Kossman conversion rear wheel, with Sean's help, which is why I lowered the price on the bike so fast. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

    1992 V-Max

Yeah, I'm not interesting in selling it just so she can get ripped up to fix someone else's bike. As you can tell, it's a great bike. It just needs a new home, that's all.

    1992 V-Max

Only problem with that, is I'll probably spend $300-$500 just to get an OEM wheel and tire, to then only make $250 back from just the wheel. And I don't really want to do it lol If it doesn't sell at this price, then it doesn't sell.

    Front to Back weight

I'm pretty sure a lot of the bike will be on the tailgate. I must have missed that in the original post. 5.5' bed is pretty short for the bike. I have to do some measuring, but I just want to make sure that the tailgate itself and the cables and hold the bike. Should I run a 2x8 or something the...

    Front to Back weight

I did a search and couldn't find anything, so I thought I'd post a thread instead. I do apologize if there is a thread already. I purchased a pick up the other day, a 2004 F150 FX4 with a 5.5' box, and I'd like to use it to haul my V-Max when we take our long trips. (With the wife, the dog...

I don't hunt, but I do live in NW North Dakota. I have family on the east side of the state, by Fargo, and I'm there a lot with my bike in the summers.

What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

I emailed her at [email protected]. She was very responsive and fast. I think it took me less than a week to get mine, 3 days, I think.

What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

I did that. I contacted Carrie Stanislawski, who I purchased the inlays for my old scoops, and asked for a picture of all of her "reds" and I chose this one. It matches almost perfectly. Very easy to install, I just used a tweezers and exacto knife.

What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

With only 27k on odometer, she sure doesn't feel 24. Thanks. I love the color, too. I think next winter's big project is repainting the engine. :a014:

What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

Installed some chrome scoops last week, thanks to Sean! Cleaned her up and put about 180 miles on Saturday. Found a nice spot to take some new pics of the bike. Excuse the dirty rear section, as I was on gravel for a few miles. She's looking good. Here, for your enjoyment.

What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

Yesterday, I went and bought all the things needed for the reverse bleeding of the clutch and brake lines, and took that project on with all the confidence of 13 youtube videos and a few articles on the forum to help me. It actually went pretty smooth. I was kind of impressed how easy it was to...
