Its time. I have a less expensive grill (charcoal of course) and I find it difficult to do low and slow meats like ribs. Burgers , kabbobs and hotdogs work ok. Its a cylinder on its side style. Im thinking about fabbing a smoker box piggyback off the side for indirect heat and smoking, maybe...
