    Treatment of water pump gasket?

Hi everybody. I'm replacing the gasket (part # 3JP-12449-02-00) for the water pump on my '89 Max, and I'm wondering if I should pre-soak it in coolant, install it dry, or do something else to it before installing. Any suggestions? Thanks very much. Elimax

    Head Gasket treatment

What's the best product to apply to the head gaskets when installing? I'm using OEM gaskets. Both the motor I tore down and the heads I purchased had some sort of black, silicone like, material on them. I figured you guys would know what works best to seal the heads to the block. Thanks Paul

Got The Royal Treatment Today ;)

After bitching last week about knowing more information on the new release than dealers I had spoken to, got the call this morning. Drove 45 minutes and was treated to IHOP for breakfast ;) 1 1/2 hours later after tons of questions about what "I" knew on the final product...$5K exchanged...
