I googled them and they'er popping up from all kinds of vendors as a Radial.
Here is one vendor, but the tires not listed as a radial like it is in other vendor's pages.

Actually......I don't know what difference radials make on a bike....:confused2:

It's REALLY easy to find out if any tire is a radial or not:

In the tire name, there must be a 'R'.

Example: 150/90 R 15

Unless that's the name, it's not a radial. As simple as that..
