When I removed my keihin carburetors, I found the previous owner had glued them on with some sort of rtv sealer.:damn angry: I wont do that again. As a few of you know, Vgas manifolds are close, but don't line up perfectly. And the installation of my ram air scoops may slightly pull on the carb's as well.
Can anyone recommend a sealer/conditioner which would create a leak free seal but not harden?
Iv read silicone O-ring lube would be safe but I don't think it would fill any gaps.
