Is there a way to keep my clear engine covers from getting the foggy look on them?

Open your oil fill cap while you let it warm up, that HELPS. Let it warm up thuroughly... After that all you can do it let it run at freeway speed to kill off the rest of the fog.
Word also is that you can put a little "Seafoam" in your oil and it will keep the moisture out but I don't trust it personally. Seafoam is a rather harsh detergeant with a similiar chemical composition to kerosine. It may remove moisture but at what cost to your internals?

GLB, you misunderstood. The plastic is hazing over like plastic headlight covers.

I would try one of those power balls by Foose with some mothers fine polish and it will clear up. Tape up the painted area around the window and buff away.
