Twice now Ive went out to ride....Cold outside !!
No Hyd preasure at all on the clutch lever.
Fluid level is fine, no leaks.
So, I ride with no clutch and as things warm up the clutch slowly comes back...after 10 miles or so clutch works perfect as if nothing was ever wrong.
Whats wrong ????

Sounds like it's got some water in it (brake and clutch fluid is hydroscopic so it absorbs water). BUT, it could also be shrunk seals that expand as the engine warms up too.

could be your slave master is gone/ needs rebuilding or replacement, it happened to me with no fluid loss, gets better as the bike warms up but shifting becomes a little clunky.

I agree with both of those ^

Although, if the slave has a seal failure so that it sucks air in (rather than leak fluid out), that usually requires bleeding to fix. But as it's only just happened, it is still a possibility.

First step is to completely flush and bleed the clutch fluid. If the problem persist, look at the seal in the clutch slave.
