Fuel coming out of air orifice carburetors… Please help

Hi everyone,

I was changing the main jet size in my carburetors today from 155 to 150…

Everything went well until, I started the bike with the airbox removed and noticed that one of the carburetor was leaking fuel from the top where it shouldn't be coming from (my best description) (see picture and video below)


Can someone with hands-on experience kindly help me as to what the issue is and what repairs are needed in order to correct the issue.

I think it might be float valve issue, but not sure.

That's the main air jet. It seems like your float/float needle valve isn't working correctly. You can try tapping the back side (carefully) to see if that rectifies it. Otherwise, will need to split the rack and open it up to see what's going on.
 
I had something similar happen to me when overhauling my carbs. In my case I'd hooked up the fuel line to the wrong spigot. yeah. Easy thing to check.
