ipad apps for navigation?

Hi Guys... New here to the VMAX forums. I was wondering if anyone uses an ipad for navigation at all. I set up my ipad in a waterproof bag that sticks to my tank bag via velcro, but now I need some good apps. Anyone out there use anything to import maps/ routes that can be defined/ imported before riding?:ummm: Heading down to the smoky mountains unk: at the end of the month and it would be nice to pre-plan some fun roads!

Verizon Navigator through my Midland blue tooth attached to my helmet. It's not an I pad though, it's a very low tech phone, but does all you mentioned. I can put the phone anywhere. Google maps should work too.Music there if I want it too.
