Won't surprise me if it turns out the guy was carrying illegally....most folks who go thru the CCW drill value the carry privilege and are a good deal more responsible than this fuck!

I would be very surprised if that were True. New Mexico has very liberal gun laws. just about anyone can have one. They really are not concerned with concealed carry. Guns there are carried openly especially in vehicles.

That guy was a POS, shooting into another vehicle because of some supposed wrong on the highway? Must be a thin skinned liberal that thinks everyone is out to do him wrong. He has a sickness that needs to be put away for a long time or possibly permanently! I have been pissed off a few times in traffic but like Tex said it is not worth it and just let the potential perp go on his way.
I feel sorry for the family to lose a precious daughter who had only just begun her life.
