Lights dim when using turn signals or brakes.

No sir the new H4 did Not make a difference...but all the grounding fixes does make the bike idle quieter(less radical) and seems to run better too....Go figure...drove it 90 miles today....couldn't get enuf of wind....ill see if the dimming continues in the AM ride...5am it is still dark...
