I can't even count the number of times that I have had a customer call me and swearing that their rotors were showing cracks on them. I can count the number of times we actually replaced a rear rotor (or 85-92 front) due to cracks = ZERO
I suspect that you saw the expansion joints and thought it was cracked. Anything is possible but even with all my experience I have never seen it (and we've seen some pretty rough and worn rotors come through here).
We could build you a Vmax to your specific desire but it would probably be next year before we could deliver it (depending on what all you wanted). Cost will be less then buying a Vmax and then adding it all on there but still more then buying one already done but maybe not exactly what you wanted.
