no spark

Hy,
i`m rebuilding my Royal Venture 1986 (XVZ1300)
Electric wiring from ZERO.
for testing; i`m temporary directly connected to battery power (NO SAFETY DEVICE)

issue is;
no spark at spark-plug (1 to 4)

----Pick up coil homs; tested OK
----original wiring arness from pick-up coil to CDI
----the four spark plug are grounded to frame
----the foure spark plug wire are new
+++as shown on pic;
--- ignition computer red/white wire to battery+
--- ignition computer black and black/white wire to battery-

made the last try; hope hope hope
bring the cdi to my electronic dealer:worthy:
he reweld all the spot weld on the cdi/tci card

AND IT WORKS:eusa_dance:
SPARK-PLUG 1,2,3 AND 4 SPARK LIKE HELL:biglaugh:

there was at least 3 or 4 cold weld on the card, and two of those at the connection terminal, so.:eusa_dance:

moral; don`t trow away to fast a 700$ CDI/TCI unit before a double checkunk:
