noise when ignition turned on

Not the normal 2 almost whine sounds from the fuel pump(assuming) but it sounds like more of a light grinding or ticking sound. It does it when I turn on the ignition. Not all the time but probably at least half of the time. What is this and is there a way to fix it?

Two whines is the vboost cycling. The clicking or popping noise is the fuel pump. It won't always click, depends on how full the float bowls are.
