I cleaned my carbs today and as I was documenting all the jet sizes, needle shims, etc., I noticed that the manual and some of you here list the 2 PAJ sizes as 90/170. I'm running all stock and I have 100/170's in mine. I live in S. Oregon at an elevation of about 1500 feet. I have a Califonia '93.
My needles have 1 washer under and 1 over the clip.
I'll be putting everything back together when I get some o rings from the Captain and I'll do the sync and a/f setting to see if there are any issues.
He's always had a little bit of a hard time starting wihtou full choke and seems to get a little hot. Hope syncing will help that.
Any thoughts?
