Prior to installing EBC HH brake pads front and rear I noticed that my rear brake pedal travelled down farther than what I remember it doing. However, I don't remember how far it travelled before. So I changed the brake pads (front was squelling anyway) and bled all of the lines with new fluid. The brake pedal feels great when not in motion. When I'm running, some times it is just okay (not how I want it to feel) and other times it feels like I can push it down to the ground. Pumping it does no change the feel. Any ideas? Maybe it's supposed to be like that?

I know it's probably very unlikely, but I had the same problem, and it turned out that the collar that sits on the rear wheel axle between the rear caliper bracket and the wheel bearing was missing! Make sure yours is in there..
