Rear brake squeak

I recently installed EBC HH pads on my bike. Before installation I sprayed the back side with disc brake quiet. Brakes stop my bike really good, but the rear pads have a loud squeak. I installed the metal shims on the back of the pads with the arrow pointing forward.
Any ideas how to stop this noise?

Mine did that for a while after I put the EBC HH's on. It seems to have stopped on its own.

Any ideas how to stop this noise?

A little high temp brakes grease (CopperEase) on the back of the pads, where they make contact with the caliper's pistons.
