I got a tiny one on the back half of my seat - think maybe my key got it when I was putting it up on the center stand a while back. I've been dobbing my tear with a tiny amount of liquid black electrical tape stuff. Seems to hide mine fairly well so far.

A few years ago I read some comparos and reviews of some of these interior/vinyl rip repair kits online and some were very good while others were total crap. I cant recall which were which but they are readily available and if you can determine which kits are good and use one it would probably be a good lasting repair. I never ended up using one but had heard that a few of them are very good for lasting results.
