Damnnnn I would Love to Go!! I Met John 30years Ago when I got my first Max. I was 21. He introduced Me to Gregg Peck. Both Were Vmax God's. Partied and Rode with Both, Good Times. They both had Supercharged Maxes and Dmnnn. Talk about Stopping Traffic. He Had a Shop up in Golden Co by Rocky Flats... Great Guy, Great Heart, Great Character!!! Gone But Never Forgotten!!!

Tyler Johnson and I are going up Friday morning. I was going to ride the Goldwing but kind of sac religious not to have my Vmax there so we are trailering them up. It is 640 miles one way . I am not in shape to ride the Vmax that far anymore.

Sorry to hear this. A great member of the vmax community is gone.
No matter what he was doing he'd stop to talk to a Bro in need..

I found out while I was on a 10 day cruise. Our mutual fried Patrick texted me. I spoke to his daughter Alyssa today. John use to come stay with me from time to time when he was in Central Florida. I would go check out bikes he wanted to purchase that was in driving distance from me. Was able to grab a few bikes and a trailer for him. He would come and pick them up and take them to either his parents or ride them all the way back to PA from Lakeland, Florida. John along with Sean got my Vmax running. John even helped me with my Goldwing. We have lost a really good friend and resource. He will be missed. Much love to John and his family! I was blessed to call him friend. I am going to miss our restaurant hopping, food sampling and staying up late to bing watch netflix series.

I am sorry to hear about Mr. Furber. I met him once in Johnstown, PA at a VMax owner's convention when I rode my 1986 there. My bike has not had the Furber fix and has a death wobble at 105 mph. Have had my VMax over 20 years. I love it when it is running right.
