Saddlebags.

I don't see many maxs with saddlebags. Anyone have preferences? Know of any cool ones?

All that I have and use are the type that slip over the sissy bar. Some one does make hard bags for the max.You'll see them if your Vboost ever comes.

Fatmax is right next to you in SLC.

There hardbags and look a bit outta place on the max tho.

Depends whether you want traditional leather type saddlebags or pannier style bags. I prefer solid, waterproof and reasonably secure, like these.

I just picked up an Axio tail bag ..more for tool/tire repair storage and it's not Harley looking.

My '86 came with a set of leather bags from "Willie & Max". I use them when road tripping, but don't like to keep them on all the time...

They sit under the passenger seat and I had to alter the strap a bit (shorten) to keep 'em off the pipes.
