I prefer solid, waterproof and reasonably secure, like these. http://www.fatmax.com/access1/acces1.htm Attachments hardbag_mount.jpg 15.8 KB · Views: 20 hardbag_mount_hold.jpg 48.2 KB · Views: 13 hardbag_mount_specs.jpg 53.3 KB · Views: 10 hardbag_vmax.jpg 26.2 KB · Views: 28 hardbags_rearview.jpg 41.1 KB · Views: 22 Last edited: Aug 18, 2007

I use them when road tripping, but don't like to keep them on all the time... They sit under the passenger seat and I had to alter the strap a bit (shorten) to keep 'em off the pipes. Not sure they make 'em any more, but you can check out other options here: http://www.willieandmax.com/ \m/ DS
