I have a diagram for the hook up but because some ant brain in this family turned off the scanning printer I can`t scan and post it:bang head::bang head::bang head::bang head:

u need to unplug it (the USB cable) and then plug it back into your computer with the printer/scanner turned on, then it'll work again (it's 'plug and play'
