Or a nice replacement. Something needed or those windy days...which there are a lot of in the Chicagoland area!

It's called an instrument cowl, if this is what you had in mind.Larger ones are on ebay that will fit yer bike as well. The choices are allmost endless :biglaugh:

The original was a little bigger and provided a little more protection. This one does look a lot nicer tough. Dows anyone know if this provides any protection to rider or just the speedo?

If yer talking about the OEM instrument cowl. The answer is no, it's just cosmetic. Great bug catcher though:biglaugh:
