supertrapp exhaust

I need to remive the packing material from my supertrap baffles so I can replace a few nutserts. The tape has to be removed to get the material off and I'm wonderimg what kind of tape do I use to reinstall it. I can't slip the material off because the baffle is flared at the end.

He's not kidding about the masking tape burning off....mines chared to a crisp..lol. I really thought it would be a little more hi-tech than that. Thanx for the info!
