I needed an outlet for my views on this issue. Others have threads about the firearms issues but I seem to be out of place in them. Mainly seem to be overlooked in what I say there. Well now I have a thread. I have an extreme interest in all that's going on everywhere concerning the recent push by Liberals to get rid of any or all of our weapons.:bang head:

Great video Dave!! I like her approach....no drama, hype or emotion....just factual irrefutable info delivered in a reasonable fashion.

We are being led down the path by a bunch of highly skilled manipulators, bogging us down with bullshit like magazine size, weapons characteristics, etc. and we're so busy with that we completely overlook the obvious!

Just for example.....assault rifles! And Dave will attest to this....we're discussing all the 'evil' features like accessory rails, flash supressors, mag cap, folding/collapsable stocks, thumb holes, bayonets ....on & on, and we are completely distracted from the obvious.....THE WEAPONS THEY'RE REFERRING TO AS ASSAULT RIFLES (the ones they continually show on TV and all) AREN'T EVEN ASSAULT RIFLES AT ALL!!! Assault rifles are already banned....have been since 1986!

Watch the left hand folks, that's the one that's gonna get you!! You'll end up just like NY....rights stripping legislation already enacted and a long hard struggle to get a reversal....if it can be done at all....:confused2:

Great video. Pretty much says it all. I will personally never give up my guns. It's hard to even watch the news anymore without feeling like we're losing America or that it's already long gone. I don't know how much more of this libtard agenda I can stomach anymore. Another 4 fucking years and who knows after that ?

That's funny :ummm: In New york you're only allowed 7 rounds in the semi-automatic handguns that are perfectly legal. Why say it's ok to carry this firearm legally "BUT", you can only have this many rounds ? They very well do want to ban handguns as well bet you're ass. Give em' an inch, they'll take a mile

In the latest DSM-5...the bible that is used to determine if you have a mental illness or not.....EVERYTHING is being classified as an illness.

Its all about money with the DSM. More issues = more meds = more cash. If they were to propose legislation that would restrict access to firearms on the basis of if you fall anywhere in the DSM, we would all be screwed.

In the end I don't see local police departments or federal agencies going door to door collecting firearms. A lot of good people would lose their lives if such an event were to happen and it would like escalate into a civil uprising of some sort. I do not agree with the bureaucrats in power right now by any means, but even I don't think they are so simple minded to neglect to see what would be the result of imposing extreme measures.

In the end I am left with... :ummm: Just have to wait and see how it plays out.

History has plenty of examples of firearms confiscation even here in the US. Katrina, California, Chicago.......
People often don't want to believe there will be confiscation, and ultimately enslavement in their world. I hate to say it, but they are naive.
As far as bureacrats being simple minded or not, I feel it doesnt matter as they believe they have the power to rule over people as subjects.

As the title to this thread says....this is about the 2nd Ammendment....not what guns are legal or what mag capacity is 'reasonable' or how many folks are killed by their own guns or any of the rest of that crap....it's about the RIGHT to bear arms guaranteed us by the Constitution and that right shall not be infringed upon.

Forget about all the studies and reports and other such shit, whoever created them will spin them to favor their viewpoint. It's not about numbers and protection and hunting, or muskets or obsolescence....it's about our Constitutional Rights.

And they are being infringed upon!!

It looks like this deal was pretty well kicked off by the guv of NY and perhaps it will be settled here as a NY State Supreme Court judge issued an injunction requiring said guv to prove the constitutionality of his recently rammed thru gun grabbing bill the NY UNsafe Act....and prove it by April 29th. 2013
