Hi guys,
Do any of you know where I can find some rubber replacement caps that go over the ignition lead on the coils? I scored 3/4 of a VMax on Craigslist with the intention of parting it out for my 96 Royal Star. I've just put the cams and valve springs in, and am looking to upgrade my ignition system eventually with the hotter VMax coils. One of the caps is missing, and another is dry rotted and split open.
Have any of you found any substitutes as an alternative to springing for a new set of coils? It'd be a shame to toss these, they checked out ok electrically.
