After a few test runs I have what can be describe as a bad wobble in the front end.

I know I know this is a constant subject but was wondering, how much run out on the front wheel is allowable?
Steering heads perfect, wheel bearings appear in great shape.
50kmh-80kmh bad wobble that can be seen in front wheel.
Tyre is seated right
The run out that Ive tested while spinning wheel and holding a screw driver against rim gives me about 3-4mm from touching to oposite side.

I cannot remember the last time it was on the road 12months ago that it was that bad.
Is it a case of getting a new rim? or maybe go through the front end again and check all.

How bad is your back tire runnout? Might as well check that end of the bike too, while you're at it.

Over the years, every time I get age on a front tire, and it begins going bad, I've gotten mirror shake. Every time I get a back tire giving grief, I end up with handlebar slapping wanting to happen. I've never had a bent rim though.
