WTF Please help

Here is the deal, I just replaced the Ignition box on my 85 max ( miss ,crack ,pop thread in carb area )
After I zipped everything up bike was running great except as soon as I came outa neutral the bike quits, like the kill switch.
I assume it is the kick stand relay/switch, how wierd that changing the box caused this, I took the scoop off to have a look and all is connected.
Tell me which wire to snip to disable or tell me whats wrong, I need this resolved now.

OK let me make sure I got this straight.....cut the back or the black W/white stripe, either one will do...and its the relay with the blue on it.
Is there anything else that will cause the only run in neutral thing ??

You don't have to cut. The wires can be removed from the connectors without damage.
