hello i just wanted to know if anyone had any expirance with this product my v-boost stoped cycling awhile ago (been the topic of older post) wont cycle on start up and all that good stuff i was wondering if anyone has used this part and maybe had some insite on its reliability.

its not the ingnition switch because i have already cleaned and checked that before, so i think its gonna be the wireing harness

so again i post with another eletical gremlen, if youve followed my posts you know that ive been having the issue of my ignition switch not acting right such as not killing the power to the bike in the off position and the easiest way around this was to pull the fuses when not in use. well...

i also just noticed something, i read that these bikes utilize a vaccum/ map sensor, i recently "cleaned" my k&n air filter is there a possivillity that i comprimised that sensor and the symtoms its presenting are just similar to fuel system issues such as fuel starvation, i notice the bike...

so if youve followed my post you will notice my electrical demons that i have inharited but to get to the point when i turn the key into the on position the v-boost does not stage and when riding there is no noticable power change at 6k just wondering where to start and where to look.

i discovered recentlythat there was a very very small seal leak in the fuel filter that i have since changed and is working fine again, however this system has been giving me problems for months randomly. does anyone have any knowlage of the cost to get this particular fuel set up overhouled?

right, well its not a sudden dying its a starving for fuel.

ok. i already checked the diophram as i had said i was checking the suction after varifing the diophram was seated correctly. and with the spark jump are you refering to the spark plug assembly or the wiring harness for the fuel pump because the fuel pump stages with out the engine even being on.

so i am becoming tired of this gremlen but im am all out of ideas, cleaned tank, cleaned lines cleaned carb, dudble checked nipple in fuel pump, new fuel filter, but still every once in a while it decides to die it is becomming annoying especially since spring is comming i did notice the other...

Ok so I did that And it was fine for about a month and now it's doing it again, should I clean it again or just think about getting a new one.

has anyone posted a tank removal/cleaning walkthrough?

one that note ive gotten lazy with the season change how much do you think it would/should cost to have someplace clean and rebalance the carbs

i did before after the aformentioned rain and put seafoam and the whole deal. but it sat again for a couple of weeks because the rain and the climate change i wouldnt have though it would come back so quickly i think it may be time for a new tank.

its not a fuel pump going out issue because it clicks like crazy acting like its cant keep pressure

to add a little more information i added seafoam to it and fixed the known fuel pump nipple issue aat the same time since then i have gone through about a tank and a half after the tank with seafoam when the issue came back up i checked the fuel pump and the nipple is still in place.
