Need a opinion and advise on the aftermarket exhaust I have in mind for my 2004 V-MAX.

Both the star rider performance exhaust, and the voodoo exhaust are EXTREMELY loud. SRP=UFO. Mike Lees worked with Jon Cornell. RIP Jon, the products live on with Mike Voodoo is basically a rip off of the UFO design. Although, you can get voodoo in stainless. Centerstand needs to be removed...

    Rear tire chirps on deceleration

Agreed. Give the guy a break. Nothing wrong with your bike. A sticky tire would be less prone to break loose but more prone to break parts. Max Midnight gave you the best advise. Better throttle control or clutch control can help eliminate this.

Motorcycle jack on 98 with center stand?

Scissor lift is fine. May want to strategically place some wood blocks to makes sure its sturdy. I used to put it up on the centerstand then put jack stands under the case guards to hold the front end up in the air. Works great for front end service.

Facebook blocked me on Marketplace long ago and wont tell me why. Facebook sucks. Not just because of my marketplace issues. Too much political BS on there for me.

    96 sitting for 4 + years.

I see your point and the point of FM and MM. I have an opinion that is in the middle of what you, and they suggest. Pending the OE clutch looks good on inspection, I would remove the half plate, clutch boss spring, spring seat, and retaining wire. Then replace all that with a full size disc...
