Got my reservation in. :eusa_dance: Couldn't attend the last two Mi Hooligan rides.... Family stuff :confused2:... And now I'm nursing a hip injury that's keeping me from going to Thunder this yr.... But it's getting better. Up to 1+ hrs in the saddle now. Hope to be at full speed come July to...

Mxracer14, you will love the Maxrelaxers. Second riding season having them and I use them ALL the time when I'm riding. Could'nt do the extended rides w/o them.

Rick, Looks like your getting some good rides in with Percy ! I've only got only 6850 miles right now... :confused2: but the weather is finally improving here in Mi so the miles will start climbing for me! :biglaugh:

They WERE ugly *** stock mufflers til I put those exhaust tips on. Now they're bad *** mufflers Mike ! :rofl_200: Wasn't impressed with the exhaust systems out there at the time I removed the Cat and had the ECU reflash, so I kept the stock ones. If I were to replace the stock mufflers...

Totally agree with Mark's comments above. Using Tim Nash's (GuruedGear) expertise to get the proper ECU reflash for the exhaust changes I made was a "no brainer" and best upgrade IMHO that I've made to my Gen2. In this VMax speciality area of ECU changes.... there is none better out there...

Micahdean, my 06 setup with Sean Morley's jet kit and with a Marks SS 4/2 header w/ 14" exhaust was similar to leroycp's above, but with a couple differences based on my trial & error approach since I had no dyno access. Here's what I ended up with: #40 pilot fuel jet, 90 PAJ1, 170 PAJ2, 160...

Congrats Woodman on getting a Gen2 :clapping: I've ridden my son's GSXR1000 a few times lot and I prefer the Gen2 hands down over it. I'll be curious what you think after you get a few rides on the Gen2 under your belt.

Works for me Brian. Which exit ? Owen Rd or Torrey Rd or Silver Lake ? How does 8am sound? About a 45 min ride from Fenton to Novi then we have a 45 - 60 min at the Caribou Coffee shop before the doors open at the show. Make sure to bring your VMax hat !!!

Brian / Chad, I'm going to attend the show on Saturday too, but need to head back to Midland around 2pm so I was going to be there then it opens. Like Chad says, couple hrs there and you've seen everything . Want to meet somewhere for breakfast before the show or have lunch afterwards?

I hear ya Frank. Getting tired of the snow already, and winter just started!! Went out to the garage to start the Max up and let it warm up to operating temps. Damn, having not been able to ride since the end of October.... Forgot just how good this bike sounds !! Gonna be a looooong winter...
