There is a good thing about carbs: You need to learn only once.

Are you fixing bike w/o reading manual? Forum is usually useful after reading manual, it cannot be a substitute. Pretty often mechanic has to be smarter than manual writers.

Price of clear hose is about 30c/ft, very useful.

Air goes up overnight. I had problem with 12mm (piston) master cylinder, where 16mm had to be. (VTX1800) I bought a few 14mm from ebay advertized as 16. M. cylinders looked identical.

Prices are different in different states. CA prices are much higher than FL, AFAIK

I an pretty sure Vulcan 1500 spring has 4mm specs, I measured old one, it was about 2 mm, don't know about strength, I was just trying to explain.
