I noticed that the Haynes manual has new rotors being 7.5mm thick and worn at 7.0 .Thats only .020 thousands wear and that aint much .Gary is your rotor in good shape?.I havent checked mine for wear yet .Has anyone used the china brand rotors ?.I have used bendix and china brand on my cars...

Hi guys I am getting new tires put on my bike this week and replacing the pads on the front and was wondering how hard it is to replace the rear rotor ?.Do I have to take the inner part of the old disc off to add to the new one?.Where is the best price for rotors?.Thanks

I pulled the fronts and backs ,gosh! these come off easy .The fronts are hh with bronze backing and I cant tell the back ones due to the wear .i will say the fronts tend to grab at low speed and i dont like that but the backs are real smooth and no sqealing from the brakes at all.

This sounds like a good setup ,other than the dust.

Hey guys .I pulled my rear brake pads and they are almost paper thin.i see alot of differant types of pads out there and was wondering whats good for my max.

I dropped my max one time in my driveway when I first got the bike and did no damage to the bike at all.I was surprised.
