    Ducati muscle bike ?

If the Duc proves to be faster, I'd like to see how, or more appropriately "if", Yamaha responds. I certainly hope Yamaha doesn't decide to leave the Gen2 largely static in terms of performance throughout its life. In 1,700 ccs, there's got to be lots, lots left in that motor, if their lawyers...

    Ducati muscle bike ?

First burnout is kind of a letdown... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6ZnV5Ia9j4&feature=player_embedded

    Ducati muscle bike ?

I like the look of it, all except the look of the scoops. When I looked at the bike here in Dallas, the scoops were kind of a mottled, plasticy looking finish. Other than that...pure sex. Can't wait for the shootouts with the VMax.

What did you do to your Vmax today? Part 2

Danny, the wheels look great! I know I'm coming late to the party...I looked on COO's site, and see only one rear wheel option: here. That what you did, and what for the front? :ummm:

Adding Needed Storage / Carrying Capacity.

Spec, good on you for taking care of your mom like you are. And, wow. I hadn't seen pics of your bike before. I checked out your albums. Very cool.

    Concealed Carry Weapons, Firearm

Free, I know lots of folks are fans of the .45acp, and for good reason. However, my next cc gun is going to be a Glock 33 in .357 Sig. Ballistically, very, very close to .357 Mag. What I like about the Glock 33, besides what the .357 Sig offers, is the slim, subcompact size, and still 9+1...

    Scary wobble slowing down

Are you talking, perhaps, about a mild wobble at about 45 mph (decelerating) with your hands barely on the bars? If so, I'd pretty much call that normal, unless you've got more symptoms.

    VMOA Important announcement

I've probably mentioned this before, but I agree with this. There are a few, one a good friend of mine, that is addicted to hard copy mags, but web content is where it's at today. The magazine business is dying. If a member wants a hardcopy for the bathroom (:biglaugh:), make a .pdf available...

    Motorcycle Gear Closeout Pricing Thread

LOL, yeah, who knows if the helmet is any good, or not. Even if it's not good for daily use, having a spare Bluetooth helmet for a potential passenger around isn't a bad idea, I guess. If my wife wears it, I could tape over the microphone. :biglaugh:

    2008 fjr ae

Raging, FWIW, my local Kawi dealer has an '09 Concours (new) on the floor. List is $14.5 or $14.9 (can't remember). They are asking $10.5, IIRC. Spectacular deal on the model with ABS.

How does your vmax handle on the twisties??

Couple of cool standards coming to the U.S. Saw my first CB1000R, Honda. Very nice. And Kawi's new liter standard looked pretty cool, and just over $10k.
