I had a guy powder coat his engine silver with a clear coat. His carbs overflowed while the engine was hot and it yellowed the the clear coat. Use paint you will be better off. TC

You cant go wrong with that bike. I had a 06 that was piped and mapped. I just traded it in on a 09 hayabusa. TC
