Put about 10psi in those forks and see what happens. My bike doesn't wobble at all as long as I keep the tires inflated properly and 10-15 psi in the forks. When I neglect those two items I tend to get the tank slapper syndrome on occasion. :confused2:

Thats a good reason to want to go GPS. I haven't yet tried the magnetic sensor setup used by most aftermarket speedos but I'm hoping they don't normally exhibit the symptoms you had with yours.

Yep ring is readily accessible once wheel is rolled out from under bike. One thing I noticed is that the screws seem to bottom out in the wheel just as they snug up. I wonder if it's like that to help keep the screws from backing out? I have to wonder because on my new wheels the screws bottom...
