Opening Vboost earlier, makes more grunt at part throttle openings, because it acts like you were opening buterflies faster. That is why so many peopole feels it s better. But at WOT you loose HP, because of the velocity drop in the intake pipes. 6000 is the best setting, or custom Vboost...

I am agree, it should be like this. But i remember discussions with french members of the club, some of them were the victims of the toasted bulb, the pump keeped working until tank was totally empty... We have to know if the current from the bulb only goes thru the thermistor to the ground...

When i look the circuit board, the bulb is serial connected with the relay (Green wire). All we have to know is : -Does the current come from the Relay, goes in the green wire and finally in the thermistor. If yes a toasted bulb doesn't change anything. -Does the current come from the bulb...

Tried the sniffer plug at the end of the muffler => false lean readings except at wot.. You cannot really tune the carb. Welding a bung is mandatory.

Mine was smelling Gas at stoplight when i was using 175 DJ main jets ( main circuit way too rich), especially after a WOT run. No way to reduce this smell with idle tuning (from 1.5 to 3.5 turns). Now (after WB tune) i am running 147.5 MK main jets, no more gas smell at stop... My gas smell was...

You talk about 2 stroke smell.. Is it oil or gas smell?

Are you sure SH is not for SHUNT? Anyway, when the transistor is toasted : -Parallel (shunt) circuit = Drop in DC regulated voltage, not a real problem except bad charging -Serie circuit = No regulation and raise of DC regulated voltage, you can toast the battery and the harness

You should check the 26H-12428-00-00 and 26H-12427-00-00 gaskets. Oil can go to water easily in the water and oïl "return collector"
