I have used Jet Hot coatings on two bikes and was happy with the results. I chose the High Luster Silver not quite like chrome but it still looks good. The headers I have on my V-Max now are from UFO and they come with a ceramic coating as well that looks similar to what I had from Jet Hot.

I can't wait to put this on the bike. It looks awesome! Yes I will post some photos.

I tried DOT 5 in one of my sport bikes and hated it. It collects to much moisture and constantly needs to be bled. DOT 4 is just fine even on the track I never taxed it enough to boil. I've never tried 5.1 though.

Yep as soon as Obama care started my insurance went up $100 per month for the same coverage not as bad as some people but still complete crap.

Can't you just buy the 1.5" end caps from UFO? This would be the easiest solution. I think a 1" opening may be to restrictive.

I saw the movie the other day. It gave me a blending ulcer and I've lost my desire to go into to space. I thought the film was great. But stressful I can't deal with so many catastrophic failures in 90 minutes.
