Not that this a huge concern for the VMOA but a lot of people I have talked to locally either do not want to be a part of a group or are in a group. Now with that said the people that do not want to be in a group either have had a bad experience with a group or never tried. I do know of a few...

    Replacing the R/R Unit

Yes they are the same size the only real differencing thing between the two styles is one has cooling fins and 5 wires ( 2 for battery (+) and (-) then 3 for stator ) where as the older style has 4 wires (+) to battery uses a frame ground and 3 stator wires and no cooling fins. I would use the...

    Small dent removal question

I think they are call Dent Wizard here. They are normally attached to a auto auction and car dealerships. My best friend works as paint less dent repair, he works for the a auto auction in fl. I asked him about a small dent one time and he rubbed it out using his thumb.

    Small dent removal question

PATMAX is correct but with that ding so small I would still try the thumb first, then if that does not do it. Then try something larger, but take it slow and easy

    Small dent removal question

I would lay it upside down on a towel using your thumb I would rub the dented area slowly adding a bit of presser. If you hit it with something you may take it too far and have the dent the other.

HELP !!!! went for a ride shut off 85 DIED!

The 11.96 is not enough and if you do not see a jump after your direct wiring, I would pull the R/R out first it is cheapest to replace and get to and they can go bad faster than a stator. I would do the hard wire to the battery from the R/R first then get reading.

    The Joke thread!

A senior citizen drove his brand new Corvette convertible out of the dealership. Taking off down the road, he floored it to 80 mph, enjoying the wind blowing through what little gray hair he had left. "Amazing," he thought as he flew down I-94, pushing the pedal even more. Looking in his rear...
