I think Chris that those are probably scoops intended for ram induction. Scoops seem to be catching on lately. Ram air isn't that big of a deal, but then every little bit helps.

Chris, the new Max will probably cost in the range of 16-18K so don't feel bad about buying your 07. Just like with the original, some will buy it and then be afraid of it and will let it sit, meaning there will be some available in almost new condition for a lot less. It's a win/win...

I don't have one but it looks like a friction clamp. You set the carb opening and on the straight and level it will keep the same speed fairly well. Any incline or decline in the road will alter the speed according to the grade.

A very very bad person. I for one can't wait much longer, and think of all the others out there that have been waiting what seens like forever for an updated version. Look at it this way, if it doesn't come out soon, there will be a lot of disappointed guys (Rusty and me) and if it DOES show...
