Honestly, if you got them THAT hot, you probably tempered them. I'd play it safe and replace all the steels and all the friction plates with OEM. Perhaps Sean has some good used steels he'll sell you though. Chris

So it's a stock bike and you want more MPG? Try going down one main jet size. They're rich from the factory. 147.5 main should do it. Leave it at that! DO NOT put a "jet kit" in it. Do a thorough cleaning of the carbs while you have them out as well. Chris

If your clutch is on it's way out, it won't help... The big thing that makes them slip is using "Energy Conserving" car oil. Stick with either motorcycle specific oil or something like Shell Rotella T and you'll be fine! Chris

A blanket under the bike helps keep scratches and dents to a minimum. I think I used an old comforter.

The Focus has Sync with MyTouch and it has park assist so you don't have to know how to parallel park it and fully loaded they're around the price as a touring model... lol J/K
