I agree Buster. Putting a factory supercharger on it would be kinda like Yamaha way back in 1985 with the Max. Make something over the top and class dominating. Instead we (or really Europe only) will get a "tuned for torque" , which really means de-tuned, Busa motor in a heavier poorer handling...

Sorry to hear about your wreck. Still, if you walked away from it basically unhurt.... ya did quite well indeed. That "tweaked" frame may be bad news. I have heard that many insurance companies just write a bike off if the frame is bent. Good luck!

The FZ is rated by motorcylist mag as being over .3 of a sec faster in top gear roll-ons from 60-80 than the Max. That is 6th gear vs 5th. The FZ is only turning 4k rpm at 60 mph, so that isnt "way up" in the powerband. I would really like to try a "street start" between the two bikes. Say...
