The servo works fine, I feel the boost but it's coming on around 6400. Do I have to take everything off(airbox & carbs) or can I just take the airbox off and get to the adjustments from there?

Thanks Fire-medic & MaxMidnight. What I did was disconnected the fuel pump from the harness, made 2 jump wires to connect the pump to the battery directly and pumped the fuel out from the pump. Pretty simple. Just had to be careful not to spark the jump wires so close to the gas tank. And...

It seems Rhoy was right. 2 of the 4 drain screw o rings were cracked and the other 2 were hard. Had to cut 2 of them off the screws and the other 2 broke right off. Replaced all 4 and they look dry. Haven't ridden it yet. Could those have leaked enough to cut my mileage to the consistent 80...

Had the battery tested today and they said over 200 cranking amps. Is that good enough for the starter? If not I think the next step is to check the starter. Thoughts?

Naughty, I put it on the Battery tender overnight so it has a full charge on it now. It always starts no problem when it's full charge. Should I do this test fully charged or ride it, get it hot and then test? Seems to me it should be in hot mode to do this?!?
