The frame is after Glass Blasting. The electrochemical chrome elimination was not available in my location. But the chrome was remove completly so now the aluminium polishing has to be done. Now it looks not very attractive.

Thanks for info. I was not aware before that aluminium can be chromed. I would like to keep surface as natural aluminium so if it is feasible to do reverse like you wrote I will do it, later polish aluminium and will paint it with clear lack. I hope the al will looks like the other Yamaha parts.

Hello, I just purchased the sissi bar for my vmax. The person who sell it said that it is chromed, not polished aluminium and magnet catch it a little. I have never seen the steel frame in sissi bar. Is it possible that it is made from steel or somebody chromed the aluminium? The chrome is not...
